It is extremely difficult and fast-growing data knowledge noted nowadays. Data half-life is decreasing rapidly and evolving every 1 to 2 years. Clinicians are presumed to strive very hard to keep up to date with continuous medical education and continuous professional development and at the same time conduct research and publish their observations and clinical data, all together while maintaining a difficult balance between their private and professional life. Intellectual work is harder and more stressful compared with physical work, which is the case in the academic medical field.

In developing countries the load on individuals in the medical field to perform well is three times fold higher. The language barrier has to be broken in order to build up our own publishing resources and compete with international societies. The authors believe that their initial efforts in launching this journal have been successful and the journal has attained its rightful position in the medical literature. They promise that they will work on its further development in order to increase its impact factor by publishing unique studies with strong credibility that can be relied upon.

Best of luck to all of the staff editors and colleagues on this promising journal in their persistent efforts in taking this journal forward.
